Hey guys! I know we just shared a recipe a couple of days ago, but today I was craving my go to snack so I thought I should share what it is and how to make it! I absolutely love protein power balls and here is why. With my job, I’m constantly on the go. I don’t really know when I’m going to eat next and sometimes I have to go very long hours without eating. I hate snacking on crap. It makes me feel horrible, it doesn’t really power my body and I’m hungry like 3o mins later. So my sister gave me her recipe for protein balls and now I’m addicted and make them twice a week! I put them in a little ziplock bag and take them on the go! They are so easy to make, high in protein, and help those annoying cravings!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup of Dried Oats
1/3 cup of Raw Honey
1/3 cup of Almond Butter
2 scoops of Protein Powder (I prefer chocolate)
a pinch of Vanilla Extract
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl! It’s kind of difficult so I like to wash my hands and then mix it together (: Then you just roll them into little balls, stick them on a plate and refrigerate them for at least an hour! IT’S SO EASY! I mean, they’re no brownie but they do taste yummy & help satisfy a craving! I hope you enjoy!
